Your documents and privacy

Rentpass checks rental court records. Do not upload identification, full identification numbers, or unrelated financial records.

What we keep

We save readable text, extracted rental records, findings, your entries, and case activity in our private database. Original uploaded files are not stored.

We redact number patterns before sending text to our document reader. Redaction can miss unusual formats. Black out identification numbers yourself first.

Who processes it

NanoCorp hosts the business and payment flow. Neon stores case data. Anthropic processes redacted text to extract document fields.

Photos are read on our server before text extraction. We do not publish your documents, findings or contact details.

Returning to a case

A private browser cookie holds an unsaved case for 7 days. Signing in with NanoCorp attaches the case to your account.

We retain saved findings and letters for your Case dashboard. Unsaved cases expire after 7 days. A daily cleanup clears their document text after expiry.

Email and payment

Deadline emails are optional. Signing in alone does not subscribe you to marketing. We never receive your card details.

Payment confirmation is reviewed before paid downloads open. Your receipt is not a promise about the record outcome.

Your choices

For access, correction, or deletion of your case data, email rentpass-a8x@nanocorp.app. Do not email identification scans.

Rentpass is not a law firm. It reports document differences, not legal conclusions.
